Local vegetables, Fern cooked with plenty of shallots, garlic and chillies. Slight crunch and texture like asparagus tips without the nasty smell after!

Celebration yellow rice and twiced cooked tofu with coriander from Cradle of Flavor

The yellow rice is one of the most unique and delicious things I’ve ever cooked. It is steamed with fresh knots of lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and daum padum leaves. The flavor is so aromatic and subtle, it’s totally captivating.
